Hey, Sledge and horses V.Yarovitsyn - S.Yesenin

This disc "The Songs of the Great Victory" is a seventh musical aibum of the singer ("The Russian Folk Songs", the first one, was produced in London in 1990 and was a great success in forty cities of the Great Britain, Ireland, Belgium, where Viadiyar was applauded for singing a Russian song, and 'The Evening Star", a London newspaper, compared Viadiyar with Tony Bennett and Tom Jones).
"The Songs of the Great Victory" as well as the first album, is a result of the singer's creative friendship of many years with Valery Petrov, the talented band-master.
The aibum has been achieved by Viadiyar through much suffering. The Great Patriotic War is from the beginning to the end, from the first day to the last day. How many times he carefully opened the "killed in battle" notices turned yellow in due course, for his relatives, how many times he carefully read a few lines in his father's letters from the front... How many times Viadiyar listened to rustle of the leaves of the park, planted by his father in the center of his native settlement as if he asked advice how he would better sing...
And he managed to express, to tell, to keep the immense firmness of the Russian soldier and the wonderful timid tenderness of his soul and love by his voice. And we are found ourselves on the board and feel how "obstinately a steep sea wave is rocking", and not once we sigh tiredly: "What roads... Dust and mist", and "The Chance Waltz" makes our heads turn suddenly after the fight in a destroyed building, and it reveals that during the war 7 have lost the art of dancing at all and I beg your pardon", and we cannot stop ourselves from involuntary crying while listening to the "Cranes".
The Songs of the Great Victory. Nearest and dearest. This album is our Memory, Gratitude and Reminder.
